Experience:
As Project Manager, David is responsible for project programming, design
and production as well as coordination with the design team. The project architect's role
is to manage the fine detail and coordination required in assembling a building
conceptually in drawing and document form, to direct the contractor for construction of
the project.
David Hartwell has 20 years of professional experience in
all phases of architecture from design to construction observation and monitoring. He also
serves as a design reviewer for in-house design critiques on projects and brings a wide
range of background in various building types to the firm. David is a key manager in the
direction of the Design Team. Prior to joining Bundy, Young, Sims & Potter, Inc., in
1989, David was a practicing architect with Barrow & Stahl Architects in Austin,
Texas.
